Powering Career-Services Through our LLM

We are building the worlds first ever University Powered LLM Career-Service tool. After talking to numerous heads of career services spanning Big Ten Schools, Land-Grant Colleges, and others we noticed how little Career-Services has improved over the past decade. Today, Universities are forced to rely on outmodded platforms that don't show their students in a more favorable light than Indeed. On top of that, Universities are forced to pay for these lackluster platforms.

We decided to act and build the worlds first ever Career-Service LLM that could source and recommend candidates without having to take a AI Interview, Assessment, etc. We made it so that through our technology and innovative LLM students would be able to expand their employment opportunities by being allowed to show the experiences they developed throughout their education journey.

The technology to do this required months of development and planning. Nevertheless, we have finished the LLM and are actively working on imrpovements. Currently, our LLM searches for candidates based on a Employers Job Search and ranks candidates based on how well they match with what that employer is searching for. This is a flucuating area, if a better candidate comes along our LLM will replace poorer performing candidates in favor of them. Additionally, we are expanding our LLM's ability to explain its reasoning. Overtime, this feature will improve into detailed summaries that expand upon the candidates potential given their education, current experiences, and projects.
