Last updated: May 12, 2026
Use of the Platform
Cache is for recruiting, candidate discovery, onboarding, job posting, interview coordination, and hiring workflow support. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the platform.
Accounts and Responsibility
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. If you use Cache on behalf of an employer, recruiter, school, company, or other organization, you represent that you have permission to do so.
AI and Matching Disclaimer
Cache may provide AI-assisted matches, scores, rankings, summaries, explanations, and other decision-support outputs. These outputs are recommendations only. Final hiring, interview, employment, compensation, sponsorship, and rejection decisions are made by human recruiters, employers, or their authorized representatives.
Cache does not guarantee interviews, job offers, hiring outcomes, candidate availability, recruiter responses, or employment results.
Paying for a Cache subscription, upgrading to a paid plan, or using paid platform features is not an indicator of higher candidate quality, stronger job-match performance, better ranking treatment, or increased likelihood of interviews, offers, or hiring outcomes. Matching and recommendation outputs are based on available profile, role, workflow, and platform data, not on whether a candidate or recruiter has paid for a subscription.

Prohibited Use
You agree not to use Cache to:
- Send spam, harassment, abusive messages, or unauthorized communications.
- Engage in illegal discrimination or unlawful hiring practices.
- Scrape, overload, probe, reverse engineer, or abuse the platform.
- Upload false, misleading, infringing, unlawful, or harmful information.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, role, company, or qualifications.
- Interfere with platform security, integrity, availability, or other users.
Recruiter Standards
Recruiters who use Cache agree to additional conditions. Breach of any of these is grounds for enforcement action under the Enforcement section below.
- Use a real company name, real title, and real, currently open roles.
- Do not send bulk, templated, or misleading messages, and do not misrepresent compensation, location, work authorization, remote status, or hiring stage.
- Do not harass candidates, contact them repeatedly after they decline, or use discriminatory language.
- Use candidate data only to evaluate candidates for the role they were contacted about. Do not resell, redistribute, or otherwise misuse candidate profiles, contact details, resumes, or messages.
- Never request payment from a candidate for any reason, including interviews, placements, training, equipment, visa processing, or background checks.
For the plain-language version and how to report a violation, see our Trust & Safety page.
Candidate Consent
Recruiters may browse limited candidate previews (such as name, general skills, and education level). Full candidate profiles, including resume, detailed project and experience information, and contact details, are shared with a specific recruiter only after the candidate opts in for that role. Candidates may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal ends future access and does not retract material already viewed while consent was in place.
Enforcement
Reports of recruiter misconduct are reviewed by Cache. For violations of the Recruiter Standards or Prohibited Use sections above, Cache applies a three-strike process:
- Strike 1: written warning describing the behaviour and required change.
- Strike 2: temporary restriction of messaging, posting, or candidate access.
- Strike 3: permanent removal of the recruiter, and where appropriate the associated company account, from Cache.
Certain violations skip the strike ladder and result in immediate suspension pending review, including requesting money from a candidate, harassment or discriminatory conduct, selling or leaking candidate data, impersonation, and attempts to defraud candidates or the platform.
Strikes remain on record for twelve months from the date of the decision. A recruiter may appeal any strike or suspension by replying to the notification email within fourteen days.
Service Availability
Cache is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the platform evolves.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cache Banking and Cache will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, lost profits, lost data, hiring outcomes, or employment decisions arising from use of the service.
